PF-48-200 Hot presses

The heating style of this m/c can be divided into electric thermo-couple heating,steam boiler heating & hot transfer oil heating etc.,
The electric platen is made of thick rigid steel plate and drilling hole to inserted the electric heating tube, the heating resistant can be reached 150°C max. and the max. pressure resistant which about 20kg/cm2
The steam platen is made of thick rigid steel plate and drilling hole to circulate the heating medium,the heating resistant can be reached 200°C max. and the max. pressure resistant which about 20kg/cm2
The impressing platen surface is plated with stainless steel which convenient for pressing processed.
The two end of m/c is installed gear rack which can be made the hyd. cyl.synchronous elevating completely.Since, the total acting force of impressed platen can be spreaded evenly.
This m/c is suitable for lumber,plywood,membrane,decorative paper, veneered paper or PU injection forming, foam forming, bakelite hot pressing forming & chip board forming etc.,
