QUICKLY ADJUSTED TABLE ROLLERS
The table is equipped with two powered rollers, allowing for smooth feeding of moisturized or warped stock. Both rollers are quickly adjusted by means of a quick setting lever at the front of the machine. Table rollers are raised or lowered synchronizely through a linkage between rollers. |
ELECTRICAL CONTROL CIRCUIT
The electrical control system employs high quality components for dependable motion controls and long service life. Electronic components are CSA, UL or CE approved and are carefully laid out for easy maintenance. |
POWERFUL DUST SUCTION
Fully enclosed top guard combined with a big opening provides increased dust extraction performance. The dust hood - with 6" diameter outlet - is provided at the outfeed end of the planer for connection to the dust collection system. |
ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH
The planer is equipped with two emergency stop switches. One is provided on the control panel, the other one (picture shown) is provided at the outfeed end of the machine for added safety control. |
CONVENIENT ADJUSTMENT
Adjustment screws for the feeding mechanism including infeed and outfeed rollers, front and rear pressure plates, are easy to access providing convenient adjustment. |
SPIRAL CUTTERHEAD (opt.)
The planer is equipped with an oversized spiral cutterhead. This provides high chip removal rate, superior surface finish and extremely low noise while cutting. Manufactured from alloy steel, the spiral cutterhead is precision machined, tempered, dynamically balanced and precision ground. Four-edge Tungsten carbide knife inserts are fitted in the helical slots of the cutterhead. (15 x 15 x 2.5mm solid carbide knives) |
