1. FEED ROLLER PRESSURE REGULATION VALVE The pressure for infeed and outfeed roller can be agjusted separately for extremely smooth feeding performance. 2. REDUCE DISTANCE ROLLER It guarantce transport of short workpiece. The workpiece can be hold firmly against the fence to avoid the workpiece jumping that may effect the quality of product. This device is movable for convenient toll replacement of vertical spindle. 3. FEEDING SYSTEM This machine use warm gear reducer and universal joint shaft to feed the workpiece through smoothly. 4. VARIABLE SPEED ADJUST DEVICE Feed speed via inverter provide positive feed. This machine can adjust the feeding speed according to the actual need. The speed range is 6-36M/min. (Mouldtec type is 6-30M/min) 5. CONTROL PANEL All of the machine controls are centralized in a control panel. Each push button is clearly identified for easy to operate. 6. MACHINE FRAME The machine frame is welded from thick gauge steel paite, ruggedly constructed and precision machined for superior cutting acuracy and long service life. 7. OUT FEED TABLE The out feed table can be adjusted for desire chip removal. 8. CENTRAL LUBRICATING FOR SPINDLE Central lubricating points help make maintenance easily. 9. MOBILE JOG PANEL BOX It is convenient for user to take walking around the machine while setting up. 10. DIGITAL INDICATOR Fast and accurate cutterhead set up is achieved through the application of digital readout. 11. DRIVEN TABLE ROLLER Driven table roller reduce table wear out and guarantee the feed through of workpiece without getting stuck. 12. FRONT AND REAR PRESSURE DEVICE FOR UPPER SPINDLE The holding pressure for both plates can be adjusted individually that permitting for firm stock hold down regardless of thickness variation. 13. FILL-IN-PIECE This part can adjust according to the diameter of tool. It provide s support for workpiece while cutting processing and ensure accurate cutting performance. 14. DRIVE Infeed TABLE ROLLER The drive infeed table roller provides maximum smoothness of workpiece feeding for all types of wood material, regardless of highly moisture or extra hard materials.   16. SPINDLE The spindle is supported by two pair of bearing to ensure accurate performance under high speed rotation.
