SM-300A/350A Multiple Rip Saw

Features:
The specially designed bracket elevation on workpiece pressure system allows for more thickness variation.
Auxiliary short stock pressure device makes the machine able to cut stock as short as 300 mm and is also excellent for thin stock.

LINK CHAIN FEED

The link chain blocks are made of
special cast iron. The high-grade
steel connecting pins are heat-treated and ground. Each precisely made
part guarantees accurate straight
line feeding even at high speeds.

SHORT PIECE AND THIN PIECE
CUTTING

Each two rows of pressure rollers at the
front and rear, combined with a specilally designed pressure plate, make it possible
for short or thin stock.

PU PLATED FEED CHAIN BLOCK(OPTIONAL)

The PU plated chain block is used to prevent damage to the workpiece surface.

VARIABLE FEED SPEED

The variable feed speed allows for
cutting various stock materials, and
can be easily adjusted by the
handwheel at the stock infeed position.

DIGITALLY CONTROLLED FORCED LUBRICATION SYSTEM FOR SM-350A

The lubrication frequency and quantity
are accurately controlled by a numeric controller, ensuring a proper oil film on
the link chain and rail. If there is
insufficient oil in the oil tank, the warning lamp lights up, and the link chain stops running automatically. This fully ensures
the service life of the link chain and rail.

ELECTRICAL AMPERAGE DISPLAY

An overload protection of the saw motor. If the load of the saw motor exceeds the rated amperes, the link chain slows down automatically. This prevents the stock push from damaging the saw arbor or damaging the sawblade. Prolongs the life of sawblade by up to 10-20%.
The variable feed speed is frequency controlled by a converter and easily adjusted by the control panel.

LASER DEVICE (OPTIONAL)

Provides convenient positioning
of cut, which reduces material
waste to a minimum.
