  • This machine is engineered for the polishing and sanding of double-sided curved workpieces. It transitions the production method from manual hand-held abrasives to a fully automatic system, addressing the objective limitations of prolonged processing time and unstable quality inherent in manual labor. Both the spindle and feeding mechanisms are independently controlled by VFDs. The equipment is scaled for large mass-production facilities and can be modified into an in-line system to achieve a fully automated production architecture.
