Heavy-Duty Calibration Wheel

Engineered for high-density solid wood and heavy veneers. Designed for aggressive stock removal, leveling severe surface imperfections, and clearing glue squeeze-out. Ideal as a pre-sanding stage in multi-station systems (Wheel-Belt-Wheel) to drastically extend the lifespan of subsequent abrasive belts.

Open-Mesh Convolute Design: The highly open structure allows for effortless custom profiling (shaping) to perfectly match intricate mouldings and edge details.

Anti-Scorching Operation: To prevent surface scorching on delicate veneers, wheel rotation must be precisely synchronized with a constant, balanced feed speed.

Optimal Rotation Speed: 800 – 1,450 RPM.

Feed Configuration: Specifically formulated for low-speed automated feeding systems to maximize abrasive efficiency.
