• Synchronized VFD Transmission (3-15 m/min)
  Features a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) conveyor system. The rotational speed of the silicone applicator rollers is strictly synchronized with the conveyor feed rate to ensure consistent film thickness and absolute coating uniformity.
• Removable Short-Component Feed Module
  Equipped with a specialized transfer mechanism, ensuring stable feeding and flawless edge coating for short workpieces with widths as narrow as 70 mm.
• Custom-Profiled Applicators & Independent Circulation
  Silicone application rollers and steel pressure rollers are custom-profiled to match specific workpiece geometries. Film thickness is micro-adjustable between 2-6 µm. Each station utilizes independent lacquer pumps to guarantee steady fluid circulation.
• Adaptive Belt Sanding with Automatic Compensation
  Features a quick-release sanding pad system and automatic wear compensation to adjust for abrasive degradation. Paired with pneumatic dust blow-off units to ensure a contaminant-free substrate before coating.
• Defect-Free Premium Finish
  Guarantees a smooth, high-tactile edge finish. Completely eliminates common application defects including roller marks, blushing (whitening), edge build-up (even inside complex dovetail joints), and processing indentations.
