Standard infeed guide system: Utilizes a precision guide fence at the infeed zone to ensure stable material alignment during feeding.
C-Type Heavy-Duty Shaping Unit (with Jump Control)
Features two sets of heavy-duty cutterheads for stable rough and fine milling. Equipped with both mechanical tracing (floating) and pneumatic jump functions to prevent corner snipe.
Type 80 Triangular Belt Sanding Unit (Top & Bottom)
Includes one top and one bottom heavy-duty sanding unit. The tilt angle is precisely adjustable via an integrated angle gauge.
Type A Spindle Sanding Unit (Top & Bottom)
Heavy-duty spindle sanding configuration. Angle adjustments are mechanically controlled and clearly displayed on a graduated scale for quick setup.
Robust Track Feeding & Belt Hold-Down System
Utilizes a top belt hold-down mechanism paired with a bottom chain track, delivering high-traction material feeding. Hold-down thickness adjustment is motorized for accurate positioning.
