Precision Edge Calibrating & Sizing Sander

Engineered to rectify cutting inaccuracies, such as out-of-square edges and inconsistent panel widths. This system precisely calibrates the edge to ensure exact perpendicularity and parallelism.

Linear Guide Rail System

Equipped with heavy-duty linear guide rails for the feeding and positioning mechanism. This eliminates mechanical deflection and secures the workpiece for high-tolerance material removal.

PLC & Servo-Driven Accuracy (Optional)

Integrated with a PLC and servo motor control system. Operators can set target dimensions digitally, allowing the machine to execute micro-millimeter positioning for strict dimensional accuracy across large production batches.
